The aims of SINGARA CHENNAI BUILDERS’ ASSOCIATION
- Raising the standards of the construction industry.
- Bringing Member Builders’ tighter together, so they can have common policy which could serve in protecting their interests and enhance the performance of their companies.
- Strengthen cooperation between Member Builders’ and local body, and government.
- Organizing seminars, conferences and exhibitions which aim to raise the technical and managerial standards of the builders.
- Briefing the members on the modern and latest scientific methods for improving and enhancing its national economical role and cultural development.
This overall objective is achieved by the following means
- Assisting in constant up gradation of technology at the disposal of Builders and contractors.
- Serving as a common platform for contractors to fulfill their common interests and address the common challenges
- Serving as platform for contractors to coordinate and interact with the Government and local authorities
- Organize seminars, conferences and exhibitions designed to enhance knowledge and upgrade construction technology
- Cooperating between contracting companies and establishments in order to combine their efforts and thus improve the standard of their operations
